If you have taken your car to different mechanics, you can look through your logbooks as the services should have been signed off by whoever completed them. For an older Alfa Romeo that does not have a logbook you can look for the service sticker. These are usually located on the inside of the windscreen. The sticker will have a date telling you when the next service is due. You can try calling the number on the sticker and see if they have the vehicle service history.
