Lube Mobile Spring Promotions Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Lube Mobile Pty Ltd (ABN 79 084 701 879) of 78 Vore Street, Silverwater, NSW 2128 ("Lube Mobile").
2. Application
These General Terms apply to each offer described in a Promotion Schedule below or in any other Promotion Schedule that states it is subject to these General Terms (each a "Promotion"). The applicable Promotion Schedule and these General Terms together form the terms and conditions for that Promotion. If a Promotion Schedule is inconsistent with these General Terms, the Promotion Schedule prevails to the extent of the inconsistency for that Promotion.
3. Eligibility
Customers must satisfy the eligibility requirements in the applicable Promotion Schedule and comply with these Terms and Conditions. Unless the Promotion Schedule states otherwise, Promotions are available to retail customers only and exclude fleet, trade and account customers.
4. Redemption
Customers must use the promotional code and redemption method in the applicable Promotion Schedule. A Promotion cannot be applied retrospectively after a booking has been confirmed or completed. Unless the Promotion Schedule states otherwise, each Promotion is limited to one redemption per vehicle per service or transaction.
5. Promotional Benefits and exclusions
A Promotional Benefit applies only to the eligible products and services in the applicable Promotion Schedule. Unless the Promotion Schedule states otherwise, any minimum-spend threshold is calculated before the Promotional Benefit is applied, includes GST and includes only eligible charges.
Excluded products, services, fees and charges do not receive the Promotional Benefit and do not count towards a minimum-spend threshold. A fixed promotional price includes only the items expressly identified in the Promotion Schedule.
Customers must pay all other charges. Any additional work and charges will be explained and quoted and will only be undertaken with the customer's approval.
6. Combining Promotions and other offers
A Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion, voucher or coupon unless the applicable Promotion Schedule expressly permits it. If a customer qualifies for more than one Promotion that cannot be combined, the customer may select which Promotion to redeem.
7. General conditions
Promotions are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or refund.
Service and product availability may vary by location, vehicle type, booking, technician and stock availability. Lube Mobile's standard booking terms and service conditions apply.
Lube Mobile may verify the validity of a booking or promotional claim and refuse a redemption that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Lube Mobile may reasonably vary, suspend or cancel a Promotion where necessary because of an error, fraud, technical failure, unavailability, a change in law or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where reasonably practicable, this will not affect an eligible booking already confirmed before the change.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Lube Mobile's Privacy Policy, available at www.lubemobile.com.au

| Eligible Products and Services | Offer applies to standard Air Conditioning Regas services only. Lube Mobile is licensed to diagnose, repair and regas factory-fitted air conditioning systems only. (Lic No. AU63168). Some exclusions apply, including high-voltage air conditioning compressor systems. Regas operation can only be performed if there are no existing leaks in the AC system. If leak repairs are required, Lube Mobile will provide a revised quote and complete the re-gas after said repairs have been performed. |
