Lube Mobile SPRING SALE Promotion Full Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Lube Mobile Pty Ltd (ABN 79 084 701 879) of 78 Vore Street, Silverwater, NSW 2128 ("Lube Mobile").
2. Promotion
This Promotion is available during the Promotional Period and applies to the Eligible Products and Services set out in Schedule 1.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Schedule 1 and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4. Redemption
Customers must enter or quote the promotional code set out in Schedule 1 at the time of quote or booking. The Promotion cannot be applied retrospectively after a booking has been confirmed or completed.
5. Exclusions
The Promotion does not apply to the excluded products, services, fees or customer categories set out in Schedule 1.
6. General Conditions
- This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, voucher or coupon unless otherwise stated by Lube Mobile.
- The Promotion is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or refund.
- Service availability may vary by location, vehicle type and booking availability.
- Standard booking terms and service conditions apply.
- Lube Mobile reserves the right to verify the validity of bookings and promotional claims and to refuse redemptions that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Lube Mobile may vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably required, including where unforeseen circumstances or errors occur.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Lube Mobile's Privacy Policy, available at www.lubemobile.com.au

| Eligible Products and Services | Offer applies to standard Air Conditioning Regas services only. Lube Mobile is licensed to diagnose, repair and regas factory-fitted air conditioning systems only. (Lic No.AU63168). Some exclusions apply, including high-voltage air conditioning compressor systems.
Regas operation can only be performed if there are no existing leaks in the AC system. If leak repairs are required, Lube Mobile will provide a revised quote and complete the re-gas after said repairs have been performed. |
