$50 Off Next Booking

  • The $50 Off Next Booking voucher code is sent to customers after completion of the survey during the survey period.
  • The survey opens on 24 March 2026 12:00pm AEST and closes on 12 April 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.
  • To redeem the $50 off Next Booking voucher code, customers must book through the Lube Mobile Contact Centre and quote the offer code at the time of booking. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively
  • Bookings must be made by 30 September 2026 to qualify for the discount. Services may be completed after this date, provided the booking was made before 29 May 2026.
  • The offer is valid for weekday bookings only (Monday to Friday) and excludes weekend and public holidays.
  • The voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, or special offer.
  • Limit of one (1) voucher code per customer and per vehicle.
  • The $50 discount will be applied to the final invoice at the time of service and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
  • Offer valid only in service areas where Lube Mobile operates.
  • Lube Mobile reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Logbook Service Voucher Draw

1. Promoter

The promoter is Lube Mobile Pty Ltd (ABN 79 084 701 879) of 78 Vore Street, Silverwater, NSW, 2128 (“Lube Mobile”).

2. Eligibility
  • Open to retail customers who complete the Lube Mobile customer survey during the promotional period.
  • Fleet, trade, and account customers are not eligible.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of Australia.
3. How to Enter
  • Complete the Lube Mobile customer survey in full during the promotional period.
  • One entry per customer.
  • Completion of the survey automatically enters the customer into the draw.
4. Promotional Period
  • The promotion opens on 24.03.2026 12:00pm AEST and closes on 12 April 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.
  • Entries received outside this period will not be eligible for the draw.
5. Prizes
  • There are five (5) Logbook Service Vouchers to be won.
  • Each voucher covers the cost of one (1) Logbook Service up to AUD $500. Total prize pool: AUD $2,500.
  • If the Logbook Service total is less than $500, the unused value is forfeited.
  • If the Logbook Service total exceeds $500, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
6. Prize Conditions
  • Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • Each voucher is valid for one (1) vehicle per redemption.
  • Vouchers may only be used for Logbook Servicing and cannot be applied to parts, tyres, batteries, repairs, or other services.
7. Draw Details
  • The draw will take place on 13 April 2026 at 10:00am AEST.
  • Winners will be selected at random via an electronic draw system.
  • Lube Mobile’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner Notification
  • Winners will be notified via email and/or SMS by 13 April 2026.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be redrawn.
9. Redraw
  • If any prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, a redraw will take place on 28 April 2026 at 10:00am AEST at the same location as the original draw.
  • The redraw winner(s) will be notified in the same manner as the original winners.
10. Use of Personal Information
  • Personal information provided during the survey will be used solely for administering this promotion and for service improvement purposes.
  • By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with Lube Mobile’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.lubemobile.com.au/privacy-policy .
11. General
  • This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners.
  • Lube Mobile reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time.
  • Lube Mobile accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
