There is evidence that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) spreads from person to person, some reports suggest the virus can last for several days on surfaces including plastics found in vehicles.
Good hygiene can prevent infection from coronavirus as well as the common cold and flu.
With this in mind we wish to share with you what practices Lube Mobile have put in place to ensure the safety of our Customers and of our staff.
Prior to working inside a vehicle, the Lube Mobile technician will use the following procedure;
The technician will check with you whether you have been overseas and ordered to comply with a self-isolation order.
Where possible avoid switching on HAVAC system (air conditioning / heater control).
Disinfect outside door handle prior to entering the vehicle.
Spray or wipe all relevant areas inside the vehicle.
Allow disinfectant to sit for up to 10mins to dry by airing out the vehicle.
Conduct works inside the vehicle.
When the work is finished we will give the vehicle a final spray or wipe prior to returning the vehicle to you (including outside door handle).
Door handle (outside first then inside).
Radio and other control buttons and indicators.
Any other areas we may need to touch when working inside the vehicle (i.e. glove box handles, drink holders, dashboard, hand brake and gears etc.)
We will use hand sanitiser or washing of hands prior to entering the vehicle.
After completing the work we will Sanitise our hands thoroughly and close the door to the vehicle.
No Cash payments. Our strong preference is payment by card via the tap and go facility.
Printing of invoices and quotes will cease and we will instead email them to you.
Should you have any queries regarding our Coronavirus (Covid-19) procedures, or any other matter please do not hesitate in contacting us on 13 30 32.

Beni did a great job working tirelessly on my son’s newly acquired second hand Camry which had many hidden problems which were uncovered while being serviced. I had assumed when I bought a second hand Toyota backed up with a a stamped service record that this was a guarantee of a good reliable vehicle but it was not in this case. I’ll be asking Beni to work on our other two family Toyotas when their services f fall due.
I have been using Lube Mobile for some time so obviously I am happy with the service te deliver. It is also a bonus that I get the same mechanic (Liam) to look after my car. He always does a thorough job and informs me if anythin ing else needs attention and an approximate cost. I have also told others about the good service I get from Lube Mobile.
I would like to recognise the efforts of our mechanic John who was presented with a challenging electrical issue to solve. He was extremely thorough and did everything he possibly could to identify the issue which he eventual ally did. John was then able to clearly explain the potential options available to us. Could I please ask you to pass this feedback on to John & to recognise him for his efforts. Please also pass on o our sincere thanks for his professionalism & assistance.
